Natalie Portman was so outstanding in this movie…she HAS TO get the oscar for best actress!

forgive me, I just saw the movie and I’m excited. [I was a ballet dancer for 9 years of my life so this has brought back some intense memories…]
Did you know Natalie Portman practiced/studied like 8 hours a day every day for a year in advance for this roll and they made her lose over 20 pounds!?!?!? Welcome to the sick world of ballet!! Black Swan was brilliant! Still processing it all…and had my hands covering my eyes through a good portion of all the bloody parts lol BUT an amazing film that is definitely going to win multiple Oscars!

![I’m seeing Black Swan this weekend and can hardly control my excitement for it!
1. I love any indy flick that Natalie Portman is in
2. I love eerie/artsy thrillers that keep you on the edge of your seat
3. I was a ballerina for 9 long years of my life and it consumed me far too much [note how I don’t do it anymore] but it was a big part of my life so I still have a strong passion for the art of ballet. I know I’ll appreciate/relate to this movie so much. can’t wait to see it!!
